FULL-TIME PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES

 

NEW INCREASED PAY RATES

1ST SHIFT START RATE $14.00 PER HOUR

POSITIONS BEING FILLED WILL BE 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT – CAN NOT REQUEST PREFERRED SHIFT… MUST BE OPEN AND AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS START RATE: $14.80 PER HOUR (Includes $0.80/ per Shift hour Differential)

  • Candidates MUST be able to work any shift assigned

(no swing shifts – no rotation)

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT.
  • Current Shift Positions Open for Hire: 2nd & 3rd Shift

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

1ST SHIFT START RATE $14.00 PER HOUR
* 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS START RATE: $14.80 PER HOUR (Includes $0.80/ per hour Shift Differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Unloading inbound shipments safely and moving product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the received shipments in the appropriate areas.
  •  Uses automated incoming system to record deliveries received.
  • Inputs information into computer as necessary.
  • Delivers materials as needed to operating departments, offices, areas, etc. in a safe, efficient, and timely
  • Manner.
  • Safe, accurate loading and unloading of product in designated areas.
  • Ensuring that information is exchanged between dock and shipping/receiving office staff concerning all
  • inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Adhering to all forklift operation procedures discussed at the forklift operators qualification/certification and
  • safety meetings.
  • Ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Reporting quality variances to supervisor.
  •  Pulling and preparing product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
  • Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trucks/trailers as necessary.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.
  • Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and load functions, as required.
  • Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Comply with safety regulations (OSHA and Company) and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

 

Qualifications:

  •  1+ year experience operating forklift trucks strongly preferred.
  •  1+ years of manufacturing experience desired.
  •  PC Skills sufficient to input data as required.
  • Familiarity with automated scanning systems, etc.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to life and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently with heavier weights as necessary at times.

 

MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

  • HOURLY RATE: $19.00-$22.50/hr -Dependent Upon Experience.
  • Del Conca USA, Inc., a leader in the ceramic tile industry has an immediate opening for a highly experienced Electrician.
  • **MUST be highly experienced in all phases of manufacturing plant electrical work.
  • **MUST possess motor controls/automation experience.
  • We operate our state-of-the-art facility located in the Sugar Limb Business Park located at 155 Del Conca Way – Loudon, TN 37774, 24/7-365 days per year.
  • We are only seeking skilled associates at this time.
  • Candidates MUST have relevant experience in a plant/manufacturing environment.
  • While there are no shift rotation, candidates must be able to work all shifts as assigned (1st, 2nd, & 3rd).
  • Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be contacted.
  • Maintenance/Electrician in plant environment: 3 YEARS

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 to $22.50 /hour
